Certificates

Our office will provide Special Occasion Certificates to constituents that are celebrating milestone birthdays or anniversaries.

Certificates can be arranged for the following:

  • The Queen (Birthdays 100+, Anniversaries 60+)
  • The Governor-General (Birthdays 90+, Anniversaries 50+)
  • The Prime Minister (Birthdays 75+, Anniversaries 25+)
  • MP Rob Oliphant (Any Special Occasion, Birthday or Anniversary)

Please complete and submit the following Certificate Request. Our office will contact you to finalise the request. Sufficient notice is required to process all requests, and the required lead time for each is indcated below.
